Our global distribution centers remain open at this time and we are still shipping orders. We are following local health mandates and taking additional precautions, including reduced staffing and extra cleaning of our warehouses. Because of this we’ll need additional time to process and ship your order – currently up to 5 additional business days. If it has been more than 5 days and your order hasn’t shipped, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Due to local government restrictions, we are not currently able to ship to the following countries:
Angola, Benin, Bolivia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Botswana, Cameroon, Cayman Islands, Chad, Cook Islands, Costa Rica, Ecuador, French Polynesia, Gambia, Guatemala, Honduras, Kuwait, Laos, Lebanon, Madagascar, Malawi, Maldives, Mongolia, Mozambique, New Caledonia, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Paraguay, Samoa, Senegal, Seychelles, Solomon Islands, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Timor-Leste, Tonga, Uganda, Uruguay, Vanuatu, and Venezuela.
We will resume shipping to those countries as the restrictions ease.
To help support the health & safety of our local communities, we have temporarily closed all Flatpebbles stores worldwide. We will post updates here as we know more.
We have extended our online return policy to 60 days. For any Flatpebbles store purchase made in the 30-day window prior to closure on March 16, we will accept your return as soon as we re-open and for 30 days after that.
